What this service is and is not.

What we provide

CollegeJaancho publishes checks and guidance about Indian colleges and universities, drawn from public records. Each fact we publish carries the source it came from and the date we checked it. Where we could not verify something, we say so instead of filling the gap.

What we are not

• We are not a regulator, a government body, a university, or an accreditation agency, and we hold no authority to approve, rank or grade any institution.
• Our checks are not a guarantee about any institution. They tell you what the public record said on the date we looked.
• We promise no admission, seat, scholarship, loan or placement. Every admission decision belongs entirely to the institution, and every scholarship or loan decision to the authority or lender concerned.
• Nothing here is legal, financial or career advice for your particular situation.

Money

Where an institution pays us for a successful admission, that arrangement is between CollegeJaancho and the institution.

Official sources

We link to regulators, examination authorities and government portals as evidence, not as endorsements of us. Those bodies have not reviewed or approved CollegeJaancho. Their pages change, so please read the official source before acting on a date, a fee or an eligibility rule.

Corrections

If anything we publish is wrong or out of date, including anything about your own institution, write to us. We will check it and correct or remove it, normally within seven days. We would rather be corrected than be wrong.

Using this site

You may read, quote and share our pages with attribution. Please do not copy the site wholesale, scrape it at a rate that affects other readers, or present our checks as your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
