Report a problem

Call us, or use the same email or WhatsApp, for any of these, and say clearly what the issue is:

• Something we published is wrong. Tell us which page and what is incorrect. We correct or remove it, normally within seven days.
• Someone asked you for cash in our name. Tell us what happened and who asked.
• You want your details deleted. Message us from the same number or email and we remove them, normally within seven days.
• An institution wants a correction. Write from an official address and we will look at it on priority.
