For students
- Degree and marksheet verification. For a job, a government process or study abroad. The university or board confirms your degree or marksheet to the employer or agency that asked for it. We prepare the request, attach what the university asks for, and follow it up.
- Transcript and migration certificate. An official transcript for study abroad or a new admission, a migration certificate when you move to another university, and the provisional or final degree certificate.
- Duplicate and correction. A duplicate of a lost or damaged marksheet or degree, and a correction of your name, date of birth or parent's name on it.

What you will usually need
- A copy of the marksheet or degree. For a lost one, the roll number and the year of passing.
- A photo ID, such as Aadhaar or a passport.
- For a verification, your signed consent, and the employer's or agency's request if they sent one.
- For a lost document, an FIR or an affidavit, where the university or board asks for one.
- For a correction, proof of the right detail, such as the Class 10 certificate or the birth certificate.
Please send copies only after we tell you which ones your university or board needs. Bank details and passwords are not needed for any of this.
For companies and HR teams
If you are hiring, we can have a candidate's degree or marksheet verified by the university or board that issued it, and send you the result in writing.
- Consent first. The candidate's signed consent is needed before any request goes out.
- One candidate or a batch. For a batch, a simple sheet works: name, roll or enrolment number, university or board, and year of passing.
- Written result. You get the result in writing, as the university or board gives it.

Can CollegeJaancho help get my degree verified for a job?
Yes. A degree or marksheet is verified by the university or board that issued it, usually on a request from the employer, a verification agency or the student. CollegeJaancho prepares the request, attaches what the university asks for, and follows it up until the verification reaches the employer or agency. The verification itself is the university's.
How do I get a transcript or a migration certificate?
Both are issued by the university on an application, usually with copies of the marksheets, a photo ID and the university's own form, and many universities now take the application online. CollegeJaancho tells you exactly what your university asks for, helps fill in the application, and follows it up. The time taken depends on the university.
My marksheet is lost. Can I get a duplicate?
Yes. The university or board that issued it can issue a duplicate. Most ask for an application with the roll number and year of passing and a photo ID, and some also ask for an FIR or an affidavit about the loss. CollegeJaancho finds out what your university or board requires and helps with the paperwork.
There is a mistake in my name on the marksheet. What can be done?
A correction of a name, a date of birth or a parent's name is made by the board or university that issued the document, against proof such as the Class 10 certificate, the school record or the birth certificate. CollegeJaancho helps prepare the correction application with the right proof attached.
Can a company verify a candidate's education through CollegeJaancho?
Yes. An HR team sends the candidate's details along with the candidate's signed consent. CollegeJaancho takes the request to the university or board that issued the degree or marksheet and sends the written result to the company. The candidate's consent is needed before any request goes out.
